Confirm your cleaning request
During your confirmation with the customer service representative, she will ask you about the size of your home, if you have any pets, cleaning frequency, as well as confirming the day and time you would like service. You may also ask any questions you have up to this point.

Add on services.
While some companies do, we typically do not charge to sweep base board, sweep porches, or to wipe off the exterior of easy to reach kitchen cabinets and appliances. Because we are 100% Green cleaning company, we also do not charge extra for or chemical free, toxic free and fragrance free cleaning solutions.

Let us know how to access your home.
While we are looking forward to providing you with excellent cleaning service, we will need to know how to access your home. We do not take or keep your keys overnight. You can however, leave your keys in a secure place and let us know where. You can also provide us with a door code or let us in remotely.

Cleaning Staff.
Depending on the size of your home, you will be advised if one team member or if it will be a team of 2. For example, if your request is to clean a one bedroom home, we will send one team member. If your request is to clean a 1800 sf home, we will send a team of 2

Payment Invoice.
Once have spoken with the customer and confirm your cleaning request, along with all the other information, a payment invoice from Chase will be send to you to pay for your services. We use Chase for the safety and security of your credit information. If you have any questions, we will address them right away.
